I decided to change a huge part of my life back in 2014 but officially mastered it in 2016. After those two initial years of trial and error, you can say that I've been a pro now for four years. It all started when I attempted to hit the gym but failed miserably as I just sat in the parking lot terrified to go in. Let's face it, the gym is intimidating and if you don't have a trainer you're just flapping around like a lost duckling. Voila! That's when I turned to Youtube and home workouts; I took measures to change my diet and began Intermittent fasting. Ever since then my mind and life have completely changed, for the better of course.
I get it. With our busy lives, not everyone has the time to hit the gym for an hour five days a week. And in being completely honest some of us aren't around the right people to inspire that motivation or kick in the butt that we need. At times we don't know where to start which happens most of the time and truth be told we're just going through some shit. Those are just a few excuses I told myself so believe me when I tell you that I get it. Now look, I am NOT A DOCTOR, I AM NOT A NUTRITIONIST or THERAPIST. All that I have are my life experiences.
