Introducing the GB55 Challenge: Your Path to a Positive Lifestyle Change

At Good Body Lifestyle, we believe that everyone should have access to a program that promotes wellness and personal growth without being overly restrictive. That's why we've created the "Good Body 55," or #GB55 for short.

The GB55 Challenge is more than just a diet; it's a positive lifestyle shift for those seeking a fresh reset. Inspired by the popular "75 HARD" challenge, we wanted to design something achievable for everyone, especially those juggling multiple responsibilities. Whether you're a mom, dad, caretaker, student, or a professional balancing multiple jobs, GB55 is for you.

We understand that unlike celebrities, most of us don't have the luxury of controlling our schedules. Many of us clock in, sit in traffic for hours, and come home exhausted. GB55 is designed with you in mind, offering a realistic path to health and wellness.

The GB55 Challenge Deliverables:

  1. Exercise: Work out at least 5 times a week for a minimum of 25 minutes each session.
  2. Gratitude: Write down five things you are grateful for every day. Repeating items is perfectly fine—gratitude is about recognition and appreciation.
  3. Healthy Eating: Take lunch to work at least twice a week. If you work from home, commit to cooking or meal prepping at least 4 days a week.
  4. Reading: Dedicate at least 2 hours per week to reading.
  5. Fasting: Fast for 15 hours at least once a week.
  6. Digital Detox: Take a break from social media for 24 hours once a week.
  7. Sobriety: Abstain from alcohol.
  8. Progress Tracking: Take before and after photos once a week to document your journey.

At first glance, it might seem like a lot, but the GB55 Challenge is straightforward. Just remember the key elements: work out five times a week and practice daily gratitude. Five workouts, five gratitude notes—hence the name GB55.
